What is this blog about?

This blog is mainly about a library circulation program called Winnebago or Sagebrush Spectrum. If you don't know what that is, this blog will probably seem like greek to you. Unless you happen to be greek and then well, I don't know, but you probaby won't understand it. I created it because I have had a really hard time finding any hints or ideas about certain aspects of the program. I wanted to share some of the great ideas I have gotten from other librarians or have figured out myself. I hope you find something helpful here.
